Every visitor must confirm they are 21 or older before browsing. Signed-in members have their confirmation stored on their profile. Sellers may not knowingly sell to underage buyers, and accounts that misrepresent age are removed.

Marketplace policies
The rules every buyer and seller agrees to when using SmokeStream.
Lab testing & COAs
Consumable listings (hemp/THCA, kratom/kava, peptides) must link a current certificate of analysis. Listings without a COA cannot be published as consumables. Paraphernalia listings are exempt from COA requirements.
Restricted products
No federally scheduled substances, no nicotine vapes to restricted states, no firearms, and no counterfeit branded goods. Sellers are responsible for confirming that each product is legal in the buyer's state before shipping.
Shipping & fulfillment
Sellers must ship within 3 business days of payment, mark orders shipped with a tracking number, and use adult-signature services where state law requires it. Buyers can follow status and tracking from their order history.
Fees & payouts
SmokeStream takes an 11% platform fee on the gross sale price. The seller net payout is shown before every listing sells and is tracked in the seller dashboard. Auction wins create a pending order the buyer must pay to complete.
Live stream conduct
Hosts may remove chat messages in their own rooms. Harassment, medical claims, and sales solicitations outside the platform are grounds for removing a stream and suspending the channel.

Eligibility & accounts
You must be 21 or older and legally able to enter contracts to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything done through your sign-in. Business accounts must supply a real business name and, where applicable, licence details.
Our role in a sale
SmokeStream is a venue that connects buyers with independent sellers. The sale contract is between the buyer and the seller. Sellers own the accuracy of their listings, lab results, pricing, packaging and fulfilment; SmokeStream provides the platform, payment routing and dispute tooling.
Bidding & purchases
A placed bid is a binding offer to buy at that price. Winning an auction creates a pending order you are expected to pay. Repeated non-payment, chargeback abuse or bid manipulation can suspend your account and forfeit any bid deposit held.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, video, listings and reviews you upload, and grant SmokeStream a licence to host and display them on the marketplace. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that makes medical or curative claims.
Suspension & termination
We may hide listings, end broadcasts, suspend accounts or close accounts that break these terms, our marketplace policies or applicable law. Staff actions are recorded in an internal audit log. You may close your account at any time once open orders are settled.
Disclaimers & liability
The marketplace is provided as-is. Products sold here are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. To the extent permitted by law, SmokeStream's liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees it earned on the transaction concerned.

What we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details (email, display name, account type, business name), seller compliance details (store address, licence number), order details (items, amounts, shipping address, tracking), activity you create (bids, chat messages, reviews, follows) and basic technical data needed to serve the site securely.
How we use it
To run your account, process and ship orders, settle auctions, calculate seller payouts, send the alerts you opted into, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and age-verification obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Who sees it
Sellers see the buyer name, shipping address and order contents needed to fulfil an order. Buyers see public seller and channel information. Service providers that host the platform, deliver email and process payments see only what they need to perform that service.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and shipping details, mute or switch off any alert type, unsubscribe from email summaries, and permanently delete your account from account settings once open orders are settled. Deleting an account removes your profile and private details and archives your listings.
Retention & security
Order and payout records are retained for financial and legal compliance even after an account closes. Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access rules so members only reach their own records.
