21+ age policy
Every visitor must confirm they are 21 or older before browsing. Signed-in members have their confirmation stored on their profile. Sellers may not knowingly sell to underage buyers, and accounts that misrepresent age are removed.
Lab testing & COAs
Consumable listings (hemp/THCA, kratom/kava, peptides) must link a current certificate of analysis. Listings without a COA cannot be published as consumables. Paraphernalia listings are exempt from COA requirements.
Restricted products
No federally scheduled substances, no nicotine vapes to restricted states, no firearms, and no counterfeit branded goods. Sellers are responsible for confirming that each product is legal in the buyer's state before shipping.
Shipping & fulfillment
Sellers must ship within 3 business days of payment, mark orders shipped with a tracking number, and use adult-signature services where state law requires it. Buyers can follow status and tracking from their order history.
Fees & payouts
SmokeStream takes an 11% platform fee on the gross sale price. The seller net payout is shown before every listing sells and is tracked in the seller dashboard. Auction wins create a pending order the buyer must pay to complete.
Live stream conduct
Hosts may remove chat messages in their own rooms. Harassment, medical claims, and sales solicitations outside the platform are grounds for removing a stream and suspending the channel.
